Our IOP Services
Our Intensive Outpatient Program is suitable for adults, adolescents, and children.
Intensive Outpatient Program for Adolescents and Children
This program caters to children between the ages of 5 to 17. To ensure that they are able to learn and practice new behavioral skills that deal with family, behavioral, and emotional problems, we offer a safe environment that is highly structured. The patients, their families, and health professionals are crucial aspects of our comprehensive treatment plan. This counseling includes recreational, family, and group therapy. Since our program is only nine hours a day for three days a week, it allows participants to practice and use their new skills, while still enjoying personalized support and accountability.
Due to the unique structure of this schedule, patients are able to receive the treatment they need but can still maintain their normal day-to-day lives. Life and recovery should be the same thing, and that is why it is our strong belief that your daily life should become part of your treatment.

Intensive Outpatient Program for Adults
Our Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to help adults suffering from mild to extreme levels of anxiety and depression, to the point that it impacts their ability to have a normal life. Many people who go through this often feel hopeless, helpless, and think about suicide all the time. In order to help our patients, we use schema therapy, emotional freedom techniques, trauma model therapy, and trauma-focused CBT.
A large aspect of our treatment is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, or ACT. This is effective for helping people cope with anxiety and depression. ACT can help develop plans of action and skills needed for proper coping. The ACT therapy model includes:
- Using Medication Effectively
- Pain Management
- Grief Work
- Anxiety Management
- Problem Solving
- Anger Management
- Assertiveness Training
- Setting Boundaries
- Mindfulness Skills
- Identification of Feelings
- Crisis Management
